On May 29th, in Ha Long city, Chairman of QNPPC Nguyen Van Doc had a meeting with Vingroup on the proposals of some projects on tourism in Quang Ninh province. The meeting was attended by Vice-Chairman of QNPPC Nguyen Van Thanh and other leaders of relevant provincial departments and sectors.
At the meeting, representative of the VinGroup proposed that the Group wishes to invest in the project on building a luxurious resort on Reu island (in Ha Long city) with the total investment capital of more than VND 957 billion and other major projects in Quang Ninh.
During the talk with the leader of VinGroup, Chairman Doc said that QNPPC will send promptly an official document replying to the Group's proposal regarding the project on Reu island. He also recommended the Group to consider possible investment in other projects in the fields of constructing trade center; bidding for exploitation of Ha Long Bay, projects on developing eco-tourism resorts in Cam Pha, Van Don and Mong Cai...
The VinGroup's represntative said that after this meeting, the group will undertake a field-study at some locations and then submitt QNPPC the proposal of specific projects.
