On June 19th, Vice Chairman of Quang Ninh Provincial People’s Committee Nguyen Van Thanh had a working session with the Director of Technical Co-operation of Japan’s Kobe City Urban Development Corporation, Kieigo Hamada to study project implementation in Quang Ninh.
At the working session, Mr. Kieigo Hamada has presented a technical cooperation project with Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) in building a better Ha Long city, in which environmental improvement and attraction of investment from Japan are stronly focused.
For his part, Thanh highly appreciated the project contributing to a robust development of Quang Ninh province. He also acknowledged JICA and Kobe’s support for the province and hoped that the cooperation tie between Quang Ninh and other Japanese cities, busineses would be more effectively developed.
Thanh has required relevant departments to provide the best conditions to the experts during their work in Quang Ninh. In addition, he assigned IPA Quang Ninh to directly collaborate with JICA and providing the investors with adequate information so as the project could be soon implementated.
