Provincial People’s Committee has recently sent a written request to the Ministry of Industry and Trade regarding the introduction of the Vietnam - China International Trade Fair and Tourism 2011 into the 2011 national trade promotion program .
Previously, implementing the direct of Provincial People’s Committee, Mong Cai City (Vietnam) has signed with Dongxing town (China) an agreement on the alternate organization of trade fairs, international tourism Vietnam – China.
Under this agreement, the 3rd Expo will be held by the end of 2011 in Mong Cai City.
To strongly enhance economic trade and tourism exchanges, in border areas of Quang Ninh (Vietnam) and Guangxi (China), as well as contribute to strengthen the friendship between the two countries, Provincial People’s Committee has recommended the Ministry of Industry and Trade to introduce this year’s fair into the 2011trade promotion program and granted an amount of over VND 1.2 billion for the the 3rd Expo to be held by the end of 2011.
