According to the Resolution, the Management Board of Van Don Economic Zone is an authority under the Quang Ninh Provincial People's Committee, who is responsible for submitting to the Prime Minister for promulgation defining the functions, tasks, and organizational structure of the Van Don Economic Zone Management Board.
The Prime Minister also asked ministers, leaders of ministerial-level bodies, heads of government- agencies and Chairman of the Quang Ninh Provincial People's Committee to conduct this Resolution.
The Resolution takes effect from November 14, 2019.
