As reported by the Border Customs Department of Cai Lan port, the import and export activities through the seaport have been carried out effectively and smoothly during Tet occasion from February 2 to 10.
Accordingly, there were 5 turns of vessel on entry and 4 turns of vessel on exit.
The total quantity of import goods loaded and unloaded at the seaport reached over 81,000 tons including mainly scrap steel and raw materials for animal feed production. Cargo for export was approximately 6,000 tons of woodchips.
