On June. 11, in Mong Cai city, a ground-breaking ceremony was held by Quang Ninh Provincial People's Committee and International Urban Development and Trade Joint Stock Company (IUDT) to commence the implementation of the urban area and green park project. The ceremony was attended by Quang Ninh's Vice Chairman Dang Huy Hau and leaders of the relevant provincial departments.
Speaking at the ceremony, Vice Chairman Dang Huy Hau applauded well-preparation by the investor and Mong Cai City People's Committee. He stressed that with its favorable location and special design, the project will be a hightlight of Quang Ninh in general and Mong cai city in particular when it goes into operation. He requested the investor to not only speed up the process but also pay much concern about the environmental protection during the project implementation. He assigned relevant provincial departments and Mong Cai City People's Committee to support the investor with the best conditions during their impelemtation.
Invested by IUDT, with a total capital of over VND 153 billion, the project is located in Hai Xuan conmune, Mong Cai city. It covers an area of 140,000 square meters. The project is expected to creat a new urban area with an open and modern space. It is in harmony with environment and matching Mong Cai's master planning and social infrastructure, meeting the local people's needs of housing and trade.
As planned, the investor will completed urban infrastructure component in the fourth quarter of this year
