On the morning of October 1st, the Vice-Chairman of Quang Ninh Provincial People’s Committee, Nguyen Van Thanh, had a working session with Lucky Cement Corporation from Taiwan, on investment opportunities in some projects of local education, tourism and coal exploitation.
In Quang Ninh, Hanh Phuc Cement Group is seeking investment opportunities to exploit and export coal, building a golf resort in Ha Long City and a university in Uong Bi City.
In the working session, Thanh said that, with recent improvements in the local investment environment, Quang Ninh would now be an attractive destination for the Group. The Group will also act as a bridge between other Taiwanese investors and the province.
