On Mar. 25, in Ha Long city, Secretary of Quang Ninh Provincial Party's Committee chaired a meeting with a delegation of JICA in Vietnam regarding JICA's support to develop Quang Ninh.
At the meeting, Mr. Pham Minh Chinh introduced to the delegation a snapshot of Quang Ninh's socio-economic development as well as projects that QN is calling for investment from Japan.
JICA's representative sincerely thanked the provincial leaders for their cordial reception. He highly appreciated that QNPPC has chosen Japan as a key partner in implementing the major projects.
He then affirmed that JICA will accompany Quang Ninh in calling for investment into the province as well as proposing Japanese government to offer a loan to Quang Ninh with preferential interest rate to implement the major project within the province.
