On August 30th, Quang Ninh Department of Health organized an international conference on cardiac surgery and cardiovascular intervention.
With the attendance of medical experts from Malaysia’s National Cardiovascular Center, the conference aimed at improving the quality of medical examination and treatment of nurses and doctors in Quang Ninhin the field of cardiovascular.
Also at the conference, Quang Ninh’s Department of Health and Malaysia’s National Cardiovascular Center signed a cooperation agreement. Accordingly, the Malaysian center will assist Quang Ninh’s health care sector in capacity building for provincial health workers and enhance their technical competence via training courses in Malaysia and send Malaysian experts to the province for technical transfer.
