This above-decision has just been approved by the Prime Minister at the Document N0 2214/TTg-KTN dated Nov. 30th, 2011.
Accordingly, the PM agreed that Vanishin will not continue implementing the investment in project on the Hai Ha Seaport Industrial Zone (in Quang Ninh province) and agreed in principle to Indevco to undertake this project as proposal of QNPPC.
The PM also requested QNPPC to review the planning of the Hai Ha seaport- industrial zone in order to approve the investment in projects on industrial plants, specialized warehouses, general port of Indevco and as well as to direct the implementation in compliance with regulations.
Indevco Group must be responsible for reimbursing Vanishin for its legal investment. The investment loans must be complied with current regulations.
