According to the news from Hoanh Mo Border Management Board (Binh Lieu district), in the first 5 months of 2012, the total export turnover reached over US $ 41.3 mln.
Of which, the total export commodity turnover from China gained more than US $ 1.5 mln, the one through Hoanh Mo border gate and Dong Van clearance point got nearly US & 12.2 mln and other items attained more than US $ 27.6 mln. Compared to the same period last year, the export turnover decreased due to the inflation’s impact, consuming goods’ price and system of roads that gets stuck due to bad weather…
Seafood, forestry productions, agricultural productions and re-exported diesel are mainly exported goods; the imported ones are consuming goods, interior decorators and mining equipments. The quantity of these export products is still limited.
