On Dec.18, in Dongxing City (China), the Mong Cai Municipal Party Committee’s Propaganda Committee (Quang Ninh, Vietnam) and Dongxing Municipal Party Committee’s Propaganda Committee (Guangxi, China) organized a friendship exchange program on experience of propaganda and culture.
At the exchange, the two sides informed, exchanged and shared experience on the key contents of propaganda and culture in 2019 and the general orientation in 2020. The propaganda work contributed to advertising the image and unique culture, introducing potential and advantages in all fields of the two localities; strengthening friendship relationship.
At the event, leaders of the two sides hoped that they would regularly have exchange meetings to tighten friendship relation, thereby strengthening people's foreign relation.
This activity aimed at concretizing the spirit of the Memorandum of Understanding between the Mong Cai Municipal Party Committee (Vietnam) and Dongxing Municipal Party Committee (China) on establishing friendship exchange mechanism in 2019.
