On Mar. 20 in Ha Long city, Vice Chairman of Quang Ninh Nguyen Van Thang had a meeting with Director General of Foxconn Technology Group in Vietnam Harry Zhuo, who comes to Quang Ninh to explore the investment opportunity in the province.
Receiving the delegation, Quang Ninh’s Vice Chairman Nguyen Van Thang stressed that Quang Ninh always attaches great importance to alluring foreign investment to the locality. “The development of the enterprises whose investment projects conducted in Quang Ninh is also the development of the province”, he added. Thus, Quang Ninh pledges to facilitate the group during their implementation in Quang Ninh.
Also at the working session, some of the Quang Ninh’s key plannings and development strategies that may fit the Groups’ demand were briefly introduced to the guest.
Director General of Foxconn Technology Group in Vietnam Harry Zhuo, in turn, said that the Group is operating in Bac Ninh, Bac Giang and Vinh Phuc provinces and wishes to expand its investments in other localities in Vietnam. He particularly emphasized that with synchronous and modern transport infrastructure, Quang Ninh has successfully attracted a number of large economic groups and this is also a good opportunity for Foxconn Group to invest in Quang Ninh.
