On Dec. 9, in Ha Long city, a delegation of Fangchenggang city (under the Zhuang Autonomous Region of the Guangxi) led by Mr. Jin Xiangjun, Secretary of the Fángchénggǎng City People's Committee paid a visit to Quang Ninh. Mrs. Do Thi Hoang, Deputy secretary of Quang Ninh Provincial Party's Committee received the delegation.
Deputy secretary Do Thi Hoang was very happy to welcome Mr. Jin Xiangjun and his delegation to Quang Ninh. She highly appreciates the solidarity, friendship and cooperation tie between Quang Ninh (Vietnam) and Guangxi (China). Hoang affirmed that the delegation's working visit to Quang Ninh would help boost the cooperation of the two sides, bringing good outcomes.
Hoang requested the two sides to speed up the construcion of Bac Luan bridge II; upgrade Bac Phong Sinh-Ly Hoa and Hoanh Mo-Dong Trung border gates; build the transborder tourism cooperation cluster of Dongxing (China)-Mong Cai (Vietnam) ...with the aim of boosting the socio-economic development of the two sides.
For his part, Mr. Jin Xiangjun sincerely thanked Quang Ninh's leaders for their cordial reception. He stressed that Quang Ninh is adjacent to the Fángchénggǎng city; therefore, there are various favourable conditions in trading and socio-economic developement between Quang Ninh and Guangxi provinces.
On this occasion, Mr. Jin Xiangjun invited Quang Ninh's leaders to visit the Fangchenggang city in order to further discuss a number of issues related to the socio-economic development of the two sides.
