On Jan 8, leader of Fangchenggang city, Guangxi, China, had a courtesy meeting with Quang Ninh delegation led by Vice Chairman Bui Van Khang.
At the reception, Secretary of the Fangchenggang Municipal Party’s Committee cum chairman of the Standing Committee of the City People's Congress, Li Yan Qiang, was pleased to welcome Quang Ninh delegation to the Fangchenggang. On the basis of the outstanding highlights in the cooperation relation between the two sides in all fields over the years, the Fangchenggang leader hoped that the city would continue receiving the support and cooperation from Quang Ninh province.
Briefly informing about Quang Ninh’s socio-economic development in 2019, Vice Chairman Bui Van Khang suggested that the Fangchenggang city would continue effectively implementing cooperation agreements signed at the 2020 Spring Meeting. He hoped that in 2020, the number of tourists to Quang Ninh via the border gates increased by at least 10%; two-way import and export turnover of goods up 10% or more. At the same time, the cooperation relation between the two sides will continue to be maintained and strengthened, thereby contributing to building the boderline for peace, friendship, stability and development.
