On March 23, in Ha Long city, Mr. Nguyen Duc Long-Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairperson of Quang Ninh provincial People’s Council received a delegation of Bulgarian Communist Party led by Aleksandar Dimitrov Paunov who is the first Secretary of the Bulgarian Communist Party.
At the reception, Long has briefly introcduced to the delegation about not only potentials and targets to develop socio-economic situation but also challenges and difficulties to which Quang Ninh is now facing. He also presented functions, tasks as well as structures of the Provincial Party Committee to the delegation.
On behalf of the Bulgarian Communist Party, Aleksandar Dimitrov Paunov would like to send the greeting to Vietnamese in general and Quang Ninh people in particular. He is happy for the achievements that Quang Ninh has made during its renovation process.
The two sides have exchanged and shared experiences in developing the Party and Party members with each other. They highly appreciated the close-knit and cooperative ties between the two countries of Bulgaria and Vietnamin general and Quang Ninh in particular. The two sides all wish to strengthen and develop the good relationship between the two parties and people of the two nations.
On the same day, the delegation left Quang Ninh to continue their working visit in Vietnam after visiting Cai Lan port.
