Quang Ninh New Rural Construction Board has opened a CEO training course on Dec. 12 in Ha Long city for nearly 50 learners who are leaders of enterprises and cooperatives joining “One Commune, One Products” program (OCOP).
Attending the course, the learners are provided with special topics on setting strategies and bussiness plans, production management, as well as some of the analysis skills for the enterprises. For each topic, they will be taught the basic knowledge in line with the needs of each production unit.
At the opening ceremony, Assoc. Prof., Ph.D Tran Van On, Head Consultant of Quang Ninh’s OCOP program introduced to the learners about the measures to develop products and brandname, managing distribution channels, and forming enterprises, etc.
This is also a good chance for the participants to exchange and discuss with each other about the ways of dealing with difficulties during in the production process.
This two day training course aims to concretize all the targets of the OCOP programs in the 2017-2020 term, building capacity for enterprises and cooperatives in promoting sustainable production.
