According to the Management Board of the Bach Dang Bridge project, the contractors are speeding up the project progress. To date, 96 percent of the work has been fulfiled.
As committeed, the wholy project will be completed by April, 2018.
The construction of the Bach Dang bridge project was commenced in 2015 with a total capital of over VND7.6 trillion. It covers 41.9 ha and stretches 5.41 km, with its starting point connecting to the ending point of the highway project linking Ha Long city with Bach Dang Bridge, and its finishing points connecting to the Hanoi-Hai Phong Expressway.
Once completed, the project will contribute to completing a route connecting the northern key economic triangle, Hanoi-Hai Phong-Quang Ninh and reducing the driving time between Hanoi, Hai Phong and Quang Ninh. The project is also expected to help attract investment in Quang Ninh, thus contributing to boost socio-economic development of the province.
