On May 22nd, in Ha Long city, Quang Ninh Provincial Party Committee Pham Minh Chinh has just had a meeting with Mr. Nakamura, who is Director of SE Group (Japan) regarding the implementation of the Bach Dang bridge construction project under the project connecting Ha Long city with Ha Noi-Hai Phong highway.
As reported by the Department of Transport, to date, the two sides has agreed on 11 main contents including bridge design, investment form, implementation duration, operation date, toll estimation based on focasted traffic volume, capital mobilization, etc.
Speaking at the meeting, Nakamura sincerely thanked for Quang Ninh's great support in completing all the necessary procedures. He also made a stress that the Group promises to ensure the project implementation progress as agreed.
For his part, Secretary of Quang Ninh Provincial Party Committee acknowledged the great effort of the investor as well as other revelant provincial departments who are very active in implementing all the project contents. He wished that the success of the Bach Dang bridge will be a milestone remarking the investment flow from Japan into Quang Ninh.
As scheduled, the project will be implemented in the third quarter of 2014.
