On Dec. 21, 2018, Thailand’s Amata group plans to kick off the implementation of the Construction and Infrastructure project of Song Khoai Industrial Park in Quang Yen town, Quang Ninh province.
Covering an area of 714 ha, the project implementation will be divided into five phases with the total investment capital of VND3.5 trillion (about US$155.59 million) with the duration of 50 years.
This is the first construction and infrastrutcture project of Thailand implemented in Quang Ninh province. The project aims to develop infrastructure and attract sub-investors into the Song Khoai Industrial Park, stimulate the economic development of Quang Ninh in line with ensuring the social welfare and environmental protection.
As planed, the first phase with an area of 123ha will be put into operation by the end of 2019.
