On the evening of September 19, Halong Marina Urban Area was filled with lights, colours and festive excitement during the Bai Chay Mid-Autumn Festival - Autumn Fest 2026. Illuminations, festive drums, music and a wide range of entertainment and experiential activities created a lively and warm Mid-Autumn night.
The Bai Chay Mid-Autumn Festival - Autumn Fest 2026, themed “Shining with Quang Ninh City”, was held at Halong Marina Urban Area.Dragon and lion dances are an indispensable part of every Mid-Autumn Festival.Performances enlivened the atmosphere of the Mid-Autumn celebration.
Children joined in the event with excitement and joy, immersing themselves in the lively festive atmosphere.Deputy Secretary of the Quang Ninh City Party Committee and Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Quang Ninh City Vu Quyet Tien; Member of the Standing Board and Chairman of the Inspection Commission of the City Party Committee Nguyen Van Hoi; and other delegates joined the Bai Chay Mid-Autumn Festival - Autumn Fest 2026Miss Intercontinental 2022 and Top 6 Miss World 2026 Le Nguyen Bao Ngoc poses for a commemorative photo with children at the Mid-Autumn celebration.Notably, at Autumn Fest 2026, Bai Chay ward presented residents and visitors with a giant 199kg mooncake measuring 1.2 metres in diameter.Large numbers of residents and children joined in sharing the giant mooncake.
Autumn Fest 2026 also featured a wide range of activities for children to enjoy and experience.A colourful musical fountain show was staged during the festival.In particular, a parade of Mid-Autumn model vehicles through the streets lit up the festive space, bringing vibrant colours and joy to large numbers of residents, especially children.A long procession of Mid-Autumn model vehicles in a variety of shapes and bright colours filled the streets, creating a lively parade and spreading the festive atmosphere to everyone.
A spectacular fireworks display lit up the sky, creating an impressive highlight of the Mid-Autumn celebration and bringing dazzling moments and joy to large numbers of residents, especially children.
