Vinaconex Xuan Mai Concrete and Construction Co. Ltd. (XMC) has signed a contract with Ha Long Investment and Production Development Co. Ltd. to implement the construction of the underground structures of Hung Thang residential building complex.
Hung Thang residential building complex, in Hung Thang newly urbanized zone, Ha Long city, Quang Ninh, has been invested by Ha Long Investment and Production Development Co. Ltd.
It is known that the foundation was processed and completed by Vinaconex Xuan Mai Concrete and Construction Co. Ltd. (XMC) on September 29.
Vinaconex Xuan Mai Concrete and Construction Co. Ltd. (XMC) is to implement the construction of the upper foundation and the basement of Hung Thang complex of the two 17-storey-buildings. This contract costs nearly 18 billion VND with the construction period of about four months starting from November 21, 2011.
