14th Party Central Committee convenes fourth plenum

On the morning of October 5, the fourth plenum of the 14th Party Central Committee opened solemnly in Hanoi. General Secretary of the Communist Party of Vietnam Central Committee and President To Lam presided over the plenum and delivered the opening remarks. Politburo Member and President of the National Assembly Tran Thanh Man presided over the opening session.
