Quang Ninh City People’s Committee has issued Decision No. 3433/QĐ-UBND, dated September 23, 2026, awarding a Certificate of Merit to Le Nguyen Ngoc Vu in My Cu Area, Dong Trieu Ward, Quang Ninh City, for his outstanding achievements in academic performance and conduct, and for graduating as valedictorian of Hanoi University of Science and Technology in 2026.
Twenty-three-year-old Le Nguyen Ngoc Vu was one of three students graduating as outstanding valedictorians from Hanoi University of Science and Technology this year, with a perfect academic score of 4.0/4.0 and a conduct rating of 99/100.
Vu was previously a student at Dong Trieu High School, where he won first prize in Physics at the provincial level. He was admitted to Hanoi University of Science and Technology through its talent-based admission programme.
During his university years, Le Nguyen Ngoc Vu maintained an outstanding academic record and regularly received academic incentive scholarships. He also actively participated in student Olympic competitions, winning third prize in Physics, one silver medal and two gold medals in Mechanics.
In recognition of his outstanding efforts and achievements, Quang Ninh City People’s Committee awarded a Certificate of Merit to Le Nguyen Ngoc Vu.
The recognition and reward of students with outstanding achievements demonstrate the city’s commitment to education, training and talent development, while motivating young people to continue striving in their studies and personal development, thereby contributing their knowledge and talents to their hometown and the country.
