The Ha Long 2012 Carnival will take place in Quang Ninh Province, home to Ha Long Bay, one of the world’s seven new wonders, on May 1, featuring many impressive art performances and programs.
The Carnival, themed “Quang Ninh: Convergence and Pervasion,” is the spotlight of the Ha Long Quang Ninh 2012 Tourism Week. The Carnival will see some 3,800 people, including 600 models, beauty queens, professional actors and actresses, perform before audiences.
There will be a laser light show on the coast of Ha Long Bay, at the Pillar 3 Culture and Sports Area in Ha Long City on April 30 night.
The Tourism Week includes such programs and events as, “The Best MC about Ha Long” Contest, a gastronomy festival, art performances, Tuan Chau international women’s beach volleyball tournament, a national beach sepak takraw championship, a national dance sports clubs Cup, a Ha Long photo and picture exhibition, an antique exhibition…
