On August 27, at Hon Gai High School (Ha Long City), a youth delegation from Korean Ministry of Family and Gender Equality led by Ms. Yi Sooyang, an official of the Ministry, visited and joined the exchange program with students of Hon Gai High School.
Participating in the program, Korean youth delegates were introduced about the socio-economic growth of Quang Ninh province as well as some its outstanding achievements in recent years. Both sides also exchanged their experiences, effective models and ways in youth management. Also, participants show their exciting performances featuring the cultural identity of Korea and Vietnam.
Speaking at the event, Ms. Yi Sooyang expressed her gratitude to Quang Ninh Youth Union as well as teacher staff of Hon Gai High School for their warm and cordial reception, and hoped that more exchange activities between Korean and Quang Ninh youth will continue to be held in the future.
The exchange program is a significant activity, creating opportunities for young people from both countries to share with each other cultural features and customs, contributing to enhancing the mutual understanding and tighten the friendship among youth of the two sides.
