Vietnam - China Friendship Singing Contest 2022: 5 best singers to take part in the international final round
The final night of the Vietnam - China Friendship Singing Contest 2022 (Vietnam round) took place on the evening of December 18 at Ha Long city’s the Vietnam - Japan Labor Culture Palace.
The top ten contestants, who had succeeded in the Preliminary Round and Semi-Final round, were selected to Vietnam’s final round organized in Ha Long on December 18.
The final night was televised live on QTV3 channel and livestreamed on the Quang Ninh Media Group’s fanpage.
Each contestant performed 2 songs of their choice including one Vietnamese song and one Chinese song. These songs showcased the beauty of Vietnam and China as well as the long-standing friendship between the two countries.
20 songs offered audiences a picture of various cultural identities and colours, creating a symphony of friendship and cultural exchange between the two countries of Vietnam and China.
It also aims to discover musical talents and praise solidarity and cultural exchange through music.
Five best singers including Hoang Thi Thao (Hanoi), Le Huu Duc (Da Nang), Le Ha Nhi (Ha Giang), Vu Thu An (Quang Ninh), Khuat Thinh Hung (Quang Ninh) will represent Vietnam in the online final round of the Vietnam - China Friendship Singing Contest 2022 on December 23.
Launched annually since 2000, it’s the longest competition in the history of cultural exchange between the two countries. It contributes to enhancing mutual understanding and friendship between Vietnam and China.
