Art show “Hong Gai - A new day of aspiration and radiance”
On the evening of August 14, Hong Gai Ward staged a special art performance titled “Hong gai- A new day of aspiration and radiance” at the Vietnam-Japan Cultural and Labor Center.

The event celebrated the successful conclusion of the 1st congress of the Hong Gai Ward Party Committee for the 2025–2030 term, as well as the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day (September 2, 1945-2025).
The program brought together an impressive lineup, including People’s Artists Quang Tho and Huong Dung, Meritorious Artist Hoang Tung, performers from the coal region, well-known Quang Ninh singers, and community actors from neighborhood groups and grassroots Party organizations under the Hong Gai Ward Party Committee.

The performance was presented in two parts: “Hong Gai - Our unwavering faith in the Party” and “Hong Gai - A new era.” Through music, song, and storytelling, it celebrated the heroic, unyielding traditions of the mining region and traced its proud journey from the hardships of the past to today’s renewed, modern Hong Gai, confidently advancing in the era of integration.
Hong Gai Ward was established through the merger of the former Hong Gai, Bach Dang, and Tran Hung Dao wards. Located in the heart of the former Ha Long city, the ward holds a strategic position in the province’s development plan and benefits from an extensive legacy of socio-economic infrastructure.

The Ward Party Committee now oversees 64 grassroots Party organizations with over 3,400 members. The 1st congress set a clear goal to develop Hong Gai into a modern, civilized urban area with sustainable growth, focusing on trade, services, and cultural tourism.
“Hong Gai - A new day of aspiration and radiance” was more than an evening of art. It was a heartfelt expression of pride, faith, and excitement for the journey ahead. The event inspired a vibrant spirit of solidarity and determination across the ward, sparking a renewed drive to fulfill the ambitious targets set out in the congress’s resolutions.
