Vietcombank Marathon “"Thousands of hearts - One belief"

Over 500 athletes joined the Vietcombank Marathon held at the Quang Ninh Exhibition of Planning and Expo Center this morning, March 13, by the Quang Ninh Branch of the Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Foreign Trade of Vietnam.

The marathon was organized in response to the  “All people take exercises following the example of great Uncle Ho" campaign. This is also part of a series of activities celebrating Vietcombank’s 60th founding anniversary and towards Quang Ninh’s 60th founding anniversary.

More than 500 people joined the 6-kilometer run along the coastal road. The running course is designed to embrace the coastline and majestic natural landscape, with thousands of amazing rocky islands in the background, offering a chance for athletes to run through many beautiful landscapes along the shores of Ha Long Bay, one of Seven Natural Wonders of the World twice recognised by UNESCO, in 1994 and  2000.
