Vang Danh Coal Mine works towards sustainable development

Vang Danh Coal Joint Stock Company has focused on applying new technologies into production with a view to both increasing labor productivity and protecting the environment.

Đây là lò chợ cơ giới hóa đầu tiên và có sản lượng “khủng” nhất (đạt gần 300.000 tấn/năm) của Than Vàng Danh tính đến thời điểm này.
An important milestone was placed in late 2017 when Czech engineers successfully transferred coal mining technology with a synchronized mechanized furnace system to Vang Danh Coal Joint Stock Company. It has currenlty been Vang Danh Mine’s first mechanized furnace which produces the largetst output (nearly 300,000 tons/year).

After nearly 4 years of being putting into operation, the first mechanized market furnace has so far been transformed 3 times. In 2021, the coal mining output from mechanized kilns reached approximately 580,000 tons/year, accounting for 20% of underground coal production.

Cuối năm 2019, Công ty CP Than Vàng Danh đã đưa máy đào lò EBH – 45 vào hoạt động. Đây là một trong những “cỗ máy” đào lò đạt tốc độ nhanh nhất của TKV hiện nay. Trung bình 1 tháng, máy đào lò EBH – 45 đào hơn 47,7 mét (tăng hơn 15 mét so với công nghệ đào lò cũ).
In late 2019, Vang Danh Coal Joint Stock Company put the EBH-45 excavator into operation. This is one of Vietnam National Coal and Mineral Industries Group's fastest excavators as it digs more than 47.7 meters monthly, or an increase of more than 15 meters compared to the old mining technology.

The automatic wind closing technology has been applied in most of the company's main furnace doors. This technology helps the company to reduce 8 labors responsible for opening and closing louvers each shift, contribute to improving the safety of people and vehicles when going through the louvers and reducing wind loss.
Tháng 1/2022, Công ty CP Than Vàng Danh đưa hệ thống làm mát bằng nước hầm lò vào hoạt động. Công trình có tổng mức đầu tư hơn 19,2 tỷ đồng. Đây là một trong những đơn vị hầm lò đầu tiên trong Tập đoàn đưa hệ thống làm mát tuần hoàn xuống hầm lò giúp cải thiện điều kiện vi khí hậu, đảm bảo môi trường làm việc cho người lao động.
In January 2022, Vang Danh Coal Joint Stock Company put the underground water cooling system into operation. The project has a total investment capital of more than VND 19.2 billion. This is among the first mines in the Group to operate a circulating cooling system to help improve microclimate conditions, ensuring a good working environment for employees.
