Under the 6th session of the Inter-Association Working Committee, Quang Ninh and Zhuang Autonomous Region of the Guangxi’s delegation jointly held a talk on enhancing anti-smuggling trade through the border. The talk was attended by Vice-Chairman of QNPPC Nguyen Van Thanh and Vice-Chairman of Zhuang Autonomous Region of the Guangxi province’s Party Committee Zhang Xiaoqing.
The aim of the talk is to carry out the agreements that have been reached at the talk in October, 2013 between Secretary of Quang Ninh Provincvial Party’s Committee Pham Minh Chinh and Secretary of Zhuang Autonomous Region of the Guangxi Provincial People’s Committee Peng Qinghua on enhancing anti-smuggling trade through the border and protecting border trade security.
At the talk, measures to anti-smuggling trade through the border were raised, for instance: intensifying cooperation, information provision and exchange in order to achieve effectiveness in anti-smuggling trade through the border, creating a favourable investment environment for enterprises, and developing production and business at the border cities.
