Splendid Carnaval Ha Long 2022

Ha Long Carnaval , a kind of street carnival festival , took place on April 29, marking the return and recovery of tourism in Quang Ninh  after two years impacted by COVID-19 .

Titled "Ha Long - A wonder that lights up with SEA Games 31" Ha Long Carnival, a highlight of the Ha Long - Quang Ninh tourism week 2022, began at 8pm on April 29, 2022 at the Ocean Park Beach, Bai Chay Ward, Ha Long City. The program was be broadcast live on television of Quang Ninh Television from 8pm to 9.30pm.

With the participation of about 2,000 actors, the carnival aims at promoting Ha Long, home to the World Heritage site Ha Long Bay, as a safe and friendly destination. The event was rounded off with a exquisite firework over the bank of Ha Long Bay.

This has been an annual cultural and tourism event for the past 15 years and the beginning to the summer tourism season in Quang Ninh.
