On the evening of September 23, in Ha Long City, Quang Ninh Provincial Labour Federation organized a special arts program entitled “Party’s Committee – Spring of workers”. It is among a series of activities to mark the 15th Provincial Party’s Committee Congress, term 2020-2025.
The program featured 13 items which were divided into 3 parts, namely “Party’s Committee – Spring of workers”, “Quang Ninh’s vitality”, “Quang Ninh – Innovation and Development”, attracting the participation of more than 300 artists representing for workers and public servants. The program was in the praise of glorious Party’s Committee, great Uncle Ho, Quang Ninh’s cultural and historical tradition and new changes in the province. Via songs and dance, laborers and labor unions expressed their trust in the success of the 15th Provincial Party’s Committee Congress, term 2020-2025.
