On May 19, the Government’s Steering Committee for Administrative Reform held an online meeting to announce Public Administration Reform Index PAR Index and Satisfaction Index of Public Administration Services (SIPAS) 2019.
According to the announcement, Quang Ninh continues topping PAR Index 2019, marking its 3rd time in a row. The province also jumps to the first place for SIPAS 2019.
Delivering his speech at the online meeting, Quang Ninh’s Vice-chairman, Dang Huy Hau, affirmed that administrative reform was the key factor to the province’s development. Therefore, provincial authorities always require departments, sectors, and localities to effectivelyconduct administrative reform
Speaking at the meeting, Permanent Deputy Prime Minister Truong Hoa Binh acknowledged ministries, sectors, provinces and cities’ efforts in administrative reform. He suggested they should continue performing administrative reform, thus helping people and enterprises overcome consequences caused by Covid-19.
