The Ministry of Culture, Sports, and Tourism is to release the plan to implement “Family Behavior” Code of Conduct this year.
Quang Ninh and 11 other provinces and cities nationwide, namely Ha Noi, Ho Chi Minh City, Cao Bang, Lao Cai, An Giang, Thua Thien Hue, Yen Bai, Dak Lak, Lam Dong, Thai Binh, Binh Thuan, are chosen to pilot a code of conduct for family members.
The code of conduct defines behavior criteria between husband and wife, children and parents, grandchildren and grandparents, siblings …Each category has sub-criteria. According to the plan, chosen localities will call for families to register to implement the code of conduct, select a typical model of the localities and organise propaganda activities, as well as supervise the implementation.
