The Green Ha Long Urban Complex Project in Quang Yen Town will be invested with more than 165 trillion VND
Deputy Prime Minister Trinh Dinh Dung has assigned the Ministry of Construction to work with the Ministry of Planning and Investment to instruct Quang Ninh province on how to file dossier for the Green Ha Long Urban Complex Project in Quang Yen Town.
Besides, he also asked the Ministry of Construction to co-ordinate with the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment, and the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development as well as relevant bodies to evaluate the dossier, make appraisal reports, and submit to the Prime Minister for review and approval for investment. Earlier, Quang Ninh People’s Committee sent document to the Ministry of Construction to ask for feedback for the Green Ha Long Urban Complex Project. The project covers an area of 3,186 ha with a total investment of 165,104 billion VND. The complex will include commercial buildings, social housing, education establishments, urban services…
