To mark the 72nd War Invalid and Martyrs' Day (July 27th), a delegation of Quang Ninh’s Party Committee, People’s Council, People’s Committee, Fatherland Front Committee, departments, and organizations, led by the Provincial Party Committee’s Secretary, Nguyen Van Doc laid wreaths and burnt incense at Ha Long Municipal Memorial and Vu Van Hieu Statue, the first party secretary of the mining area.

In front of the hallowed memorial to the heroic martyrs, the leaders vowed to uphold the tradition of “Discipline and Consensus” to successfully implement the Party Executive Committee’s Resolution and 2019 working theme on “Improving the quality and efficiency of services”. They would do their utmost to build Quang Ninh a modern industrial and service province, an international tourism hub with synchronous and advanced socio-economic and technical infrastructure.
