Quang Ninh province continued to be the 1st position in Viet Nam’s 2019 Provincial Competitiveness Index (PCI). This information was announced by the Viet Nam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI) and the US Agency for International Development (USAID) at a ceremony held in Ha Noi on May 5.
This is the third time that Quang Ninh has topped this national ranking with 73.40 points in 2019, 70.36 points in 2018 and 70.69 points in 2017. This result has a significant meaning of Quang Ninh government in its effort for socio-economic development, affirming the province’s determination to improve business environment, effectively raise competitiveness index, thereby further showing the belief and satisfaction of the business community as well as investors with Quang Ninh province’s direction and performance.
