Secretary of the provincial Party's Committee, Nguyen Xuan Ky, along with relevant authorities visited the Bai Chay Kindergarten in Ha Long city. He praised the dedication of the school’s teachers and staff as well as highlighted the need to keep refining the legal system to guarantee children’s rights and create a safe, healthy, and friendly living environment for children.
