On May 28, Quang Ninh’s Vice-chairwoman Vu Thi Thu Thuy had a courtesy meeting with Cote d'Ivoire Minister of Digital Economy and Post, De Issac, who led a delegation visiting Quang Ninh.
At the reception, Quang Ninh’s Vice-chairwoman emphasized that Quang Ninh paid attention to e-government construction in line with administrative reform. To date, the online public administrative services are available at all provincial, district and communal public administrative service centers. Quang Ninh is the best performer nationwide concerning the rate of exchange digital documents. It completes document management system at 4 levels in accordance with the Government’s guidance.
The Minister of Digital Economy and Post, De Issac, thanks Quang Ninh’s leader for her warm welcome. He believed that Vietnam and Cote d'Ivoire would further cooperate in areas that both countries had strength like tourism, services, and e-government construction.
