After 9 months of construction, Quang Ninh officially put into use the new headquarter of the Provincial Public Administration Service Center on Sept 3rd.
Based in Hong Ha Ward, Ha Long City, with an investment of 150 billion VND from provincial state budget, the 5-storey building is designed with an underground floor, covering a total floor area of 7,650m2. It consists of a hall, reception area, working areas, an auction center, garden and yard, terrace and auxiliary components… The basement for parking alone covers an area of 3,800m2.
The center is well-furnished with modern equipment. Information technology is applied in receiving and dealing with administrative dossiers, ensuring the convenience for individuals and organizations.
