On the morning of July 27th, Quang Ninh Department of Industry and Trade in coordination with Import-Export Agency under the Ministry of Industry and Trade held Entrepreneur Café with the theme “new rules on the origins of commodity in ASEAN-China Free Trade Area ACFA and Trans-Pacific Partnership Agreement CPTPP.
With the spirit of openness, leaders of Quảng Ninh Department of Industry and Trade and Import-Export Agency clearly answered the questions raised by local importers and exporters relating a number of issues, such as the process of grating certified documents for commodities of clothing, auxiliary garment materials; declaring certificate of origin (C/O declaration), proving the origin, and plans on issuance of circulars and resolutions guiding Vietnam and EU Free Trade Agreement.
Participants were provided useful information and practical knowledge, helping them understand both domestic and international new regulations, seizing opportunities to develop their business, improve their competiveness capacity and expand their markets.
