On Apr 22, Quang Ninh Provincial People’s Committee issued an urgent Notice No. 07/CD-UBND on continuing to maintain Covid 19 preventive measures until May 3 and restore socio-economic activities in the province.
Accordingly, Quang Ninh continues to maintain interdisciplinary quarantine checkpoints at the gateways from and to the province while stopping operation of checkpoints among districts, towns and cities in the province.
The province continues to implement self-isolation payment to those who are from and to disease-hit areas to enter Quang Ninh until May 3 (excluding permitted cases as regulated).
The province temporarily stops activities to receive visitors at tourist sites, historical-cultural relics, etc until May 3.
The operation of inter-provincial public transport from Quang Ninh to other localities and vice versa are still paused
Education and training units, food and beverage service establishments, etc are allowed to operate
State agencies and units return to work as normal from Apr 23, 2020.
Focusing on tests at areas, locations or groups with the high risk of Covid 19 infection.
