On Apr 15, Quang Ninh Provincial People’s Committee issued an urgent Notice No. 06/ĐK-UBND on implementing stronger preventive measures in the peak period of Covid 19.
Following Announcement No.155/TB – VPCP dated Apr 15, 2020 of the Government Office, Quang Ninh’s Chairman requested branches and localities at all levels to strictly implement the Prime Minister’s Directive 16/CT-TTg dated Mar 31 on prohibiting subjectivity and easing urgent preventive measures against the disease and continuing to comply with social distancing until Apr 22, 2020 according to the principle of ensuring isolation among families, hamlets, villages, wards, communes, districts and provinces.
Departments, branches, localities and agencies will perfom tasks via e-government system, public service portal
Departments, branches, localities and units handling work through the e-government system and public service portal; using digital signatures in approving and issuing documents; only organizing online meetings.
Quang Ninh’s Chairman asked the heads of the provincial departments and sectors; Chairmen of People's Committees at all level to strictly undertake the new regulation. Heads of People’s Committees, local governments, agencies and units will be responsible for any violations in disease prevention and control.
