On Mar 17, Quang Ninh Provincial Standing Party Committee held an online conference to review reports and direct Covid 19 prevention and control. Secretary of Quang Ninh Provincial Party’s Committee and Chairman of Provincial People’s Council, Nguyen Xuan Ky, presided over the conference.
Based on the participants’ opinions, Secretary of Quang Ninh Provincial Party’s Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People’s Council, Nguyen Xuan Ky, emphasized that Covid 19 epidemic is now having complicated developments. As a result, he required the provincial steering committee and localities to make scenario of implementing blockade if the disease occurs.
From Mar 17, seven quarantine points have been established in the province to check and measure body temperature, implement heath declaration and travel schedule for people entering and leaving the province and some key localities.
