Since the beginning of this year, Ha Long City has invested in and put dozens of transportation projects into operation, thus changing its urban look and creating a connection among tourism products and services as well as improving the local people’s living standard.
The road connecting Bai Chay Bridge and Hoang Quoc Viet T-junction was completed in Sept., 2019. It links with 10-lane road from Minh Khai intersection forming the most modern and largest gateway to Ha Long. The 10-lane road connecting Bai Chay Tourist Area and Hai Phong – Ha Long – Van Don Highway with palm trees and beautiful surrounded landscape.
The 2nd phase of Bai Tho Coastal Ring Road Project (section from Vincom Trade Center to Ben Doan Berth) was finished in Sept., 2019 with total investment of 350 billion VND, making it the most ideal road to admire Ha Long BayThere are different kinds of amusement activities and services along 4.3 km long Bai Chay Coastal Ring Road
Main road inside Ha Long City has been invested in, upgraded, and expandedIn August 2019, Ha Long started the expansion of 4.7 km long Hon Gai Coastal Ring Road and its surface to 6 lanes from 4 lanes with wide pavements to admire Ha Long Bay. It is expected to be a new tourism space in Ha Long City.
