After 9 months of construction, new headquarter of Quang Ninh Public Administration Service Center in Hong Ha Ward, Ha Long City, is basically completed. It is expected to open on August 29.
With the aim of improving the quality of services and creating the best conditions for local people and enterprises performing administrative procedures, Quang Ninh is determined to invest nearly 150 billion VND to build a new headquarter of the provincial Public Administration Service Center.
The 5-storey building is designed with an underground floor, covering a total floor area of 7,650m2. It consists of a hall, reception area, working areas, an auction center, garden and yard, terrace and auxiliary components.
The center is well-furnished with modern equipments. Information technology is applied in receiving and dealing with administrative dossiers, ensuring the convenience for individuals and organizations.
On August 25, the management board of civil and industrial construction and investment projects, as the investor, handed over the building to the provincial Public Administration Service Center, as the manager. The new headquarter will officially open on August 29.
