Locals and tourists alike will be entertained with dazzling fireworks display in Ha Long city in the framework of the Carnival Ha Long 2019, according to the Quang Ninh Provincial People’s Committee.
The fireworks will be displayed at the FLC Ha Long complex on April 28 and last 15 minutes.
The Provincial Military Command will collaborate with FLC Group, Ha Long City People's Committee and relevant authorities to organize low-range fireworks show under the framework of the Carnival Ha Long 2019.
The organization of fireworks display must comply with the provisions of the Government's Decree No.36 on the management and usage of firecrackers to ensure security and safety for the visitors and locals.
