The operation of Ha Long – Hai Phong Highway and Bach Dang Bridge which run through Quang Yen Town has created connection among Quang Yen, Hai Phong, Ha Long and even Van Don, Mong Cai, Ha Noi. The town has become a driving force for provincial socio-economic development. A new development space has also opened in which the town is shifting into an area of industry and tourism service.

To develop tourism and build Quang Yen’s cuisine trademark, the town sets up romantic Chanh riverside cuisine street “Chanh River Ngu Station” with a chain of restaurants serving the town’s specialties with reasonable prices for food lovers.
In addition, it needs the cooperation between travel businesses both inside and outside the province and tourism association to build cuisine tours for each type of tourist market, bring them to the locality, create a connection chain among sectors and regions to boost cuisine tourism.
