“Binh Lieu Yellow Season” festival to open on November 13
The two-day festival of “Binh Lieu Yellow Season” is scheduled to officially kick off on November 13 in Binh Lieu district with various tourism stimulating activities. The event is going to be held in line with all defined regulations on Covid-19 prevention and control.
The festival features a series of cultural activities such as an opening program, an art show, a marathon along the “dinosaur spine”, an auguration ceremony for Landmark No.1305, a paragliding program on the ripen rice fields, and a photo exhibition. These activities bear the cultural identity of ethnic communities in Binh Lieu and some localities in the north-eastern region.
In order to ensure the safety for participants, Binh Lieu district has set up 3 health checkpoints at National Highway 18C bordering Tien Yen district; Khe Tien intersection (Dong Van commune) - Quang Son (Hai Ha) - Dong Van - Huc Dong inter-commune road and the area bordering the road between Huc Dong and Dai Duc (Tien Yen) to strictly control people and means of travel entering the district. The authorities have also made detailed plans for Covid-19 prevention and control.
Locals and tourists are required to strictly and fully comply with regulations on Covid-19 prevention and control such as QR code scanning, medical declaration, body temperature measurement, and medical tests in case of necessity.
